Dartmoor Tree Surgeons is committed to ensuring that all of our customers are fully satisfied with our work, and that our work complies with all health and safety standards, as well as industry best practice. We pride ourselves on being an Arboricultural Association approved contractor, the only comprehensive accreditation scheme for professional tree surgery businesses within the UK. As part of the accreditation process our health and safety, operational competence, work standards and technical knowledge are regularly and rigorously assessed, giving our customers the reassurance that they are working with a high-quality, independently approved company. In addition to this, our health and safety policies and procedures have been further approved by CHAS; we also hold Trustmark accreditation.

Dartmoor Tree Surgeons Ltd holds Public and Employers Liability Insurance to £5 million and £10 million respectively.

Concerns and Complaints

In the highly unlikely event of you being unsatisfied in any way with any element of our service, you can write to us or send an email. This will be fully reviewed by Graham Joyce and we will always seek to resolve your concerns personally.

By law we are required to inform you that TrustMark provides an alternative dispute resolution service that would be competent to deal with your dispute. Should you prefer, as ARB Approved Contractors Dartmoor Tree Surgeons Ltd can also refer you to the Arboricultural Association’s complaints procedure, or the Which? Trusted Trader Dispute Resolution Service.
